Rhyme Time – Safety Information

In order to maintain your safety, and that of the staff during the present pandemic, we kindly ask if you could observe the following when attending Rhyme Time.

Since we need to limit numbers 8 places can be pre-booked on-line with a further 4 available in the library on the day. Booking will be available on the Thursday of the week before the event. Places are per adult each of whom can bring up to 3 children, however the cost is £1.00 per child irrespective of age. Payment must be made in advance when booking online. Places taken on the day can be paid in cash or contactless.

Tickets and availability for upcoming sessions can be seen at https://ticketsource.co.uk/lowfell

Ongoing Covid precautions

Please sanitise your hands on arrival.

On your arrival please report to the front desk to allow the staff to check off your name against the booking sheet and provide a phone number for traceability. No more than one adult per child permitted in the Community Room.

We would be grateful if you could wear a face covering in the main library and respect social distancing with other library users who may be vulnerable. The wearing of face covering during Rhyme Time is at personal discretion.

If the community room is open please progress through to avoid crowding in the main library.

An Air purifier with UV-C will be operating to reduce (although not eliminate) virus transmission in the community room.

To enable social distancing please only sit on the orange chairs and NOT the double-stacked grey chairs.

All toys will be quarantined and chairs will be changed between sessions in accordance with the latest direction from HSE and Government advice.

At the end of the Rhyme Time session we would be grateful if you could replace your face covering before entering the main library to make use of the other library services or leave. Please try to respect other people by not crowding.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in enabling us to provide Rhyme Time in the safest possible way.
